After many years of working for big window companies, I started my own window company in 1988. I believed that, without the huge overhead of a big window company, I could provide my customers with great products at reasonable prices. I don't pay for big TV, radio, or newspaper ads. I don't have a showroom (I bring sample products to your home), or a telemarketing department, and so I don't have to pass those costs along to my customers. I started out going door-to-door and asking people for their business, which I still do. Over the years, I have built my business to the point where more than half the work I do comes from add-ons and referrals. I have thousands of letters from satisfied customers, and my new customers are welcome to call these folks and ask them how they liked my work. I will be happy to earn your business!

Avoid. Refuses to fix any sloppy work. Purchased windows and doors for my home. Just 1 issue with the door minor carpentry fix. He promised me several times he would fix it. Cant get him to show...

Bought windows and sliders 4 years ago. Recently had a problem with one of the slider locks. Phil answered my call within a day, and had the replacement part sent to me within a couple of days....

Phil could talk a dog off a meat wagon and does this old-timey song and dance sales act, but turns into a completely different (and pretty nasty) person when you have an issue with your windows....
