This is my go to coffee while I'm in Falmouth. During the summer season it gets very busy, so be prepared to wait but I promise it's worth it. They do have a parking lot out back but it fills up...

Best iced Vanilla Latte around! I had 3 during my visit, yes there is always a line. Great staff that get you in and out quickly and kindly.
