Located in Chicopee, Mass., Valley Opportunity Council represents a network of community service specialists dedicated to providing various support services for low- and moderate-income families in the Greater Hampden County area. It offers a wide range of services, including senior and housing services, child care, youth programs, transportation, nutrition and education services, and health and energy services.
