I have had my ears pierced at Claire's 3 times every time has been wonderful. They staff is super friendly and helpful. There is always great sales making the jewelry affordable.

A smaller Claire's. With the typical sales - this time it was buy 3 get 2 free. Sales assistant seemed pretty bored. Seemed upset that she had to put her phone down to wait on customers.

We had a lovely experience with the person on duty today. She made both girls feel comfortable with their milestone ear piercing, explaining everything before doing the procedure.
