terrible service. I went to get my acrylics removed and the old lady at the register did it--she ran the drill over my cuticles 4 times and then got upset when I flinched. My cuticles were bruised...

i got a dip manicure that took nearly two hours due to the length of time it took to remove my previous dip. the tech was tearing the old polish off with a cuticle trimmer. she did not file down...
