My family member was scammed on FB and filed a complaint with his bank for the $500 that he lost. Citizens took weeks and did not honor or help their customer.. Horrible customer representation!...

Citizens Bank ripped me off for $111. The best that their customer service personnel could say was "that's just how our system works." They charged me 7 overdraft fees (to the tune of $37 each)...
