One of the closest "full service" Citizens locations to my house. Yet doesn't have any advantages whatsoever. I only visit a bank if it is convenient. A lot of the time this is a convenient stop...

Walk in no one acknowledges you, get to the counter no one knows what's going on. Managers take vacations then sick days and point is no one can work without asking the peraon who is never there...

For terrible customer service, you need look no further than Citizens in Norwood, MA. They must have set a new banking record in alienating a customer! In just 3 days of opening a new account...
