Ezequiel- IIB does not get money from the government for these courses until after you are enrolled in the program and they have placed you in a FT job. You might want to get your facts straight...

I took free ESL program from them. Two sessions a few months each. Very good program, very good. Believe me, I have something to compare with, because I took two years program back in my country....
