Founded in 1877, the Child & Family Service of Pioneer Valley is a nonprofit organization that provides a variety of educational and support programs for adults and children. It serves the residents of Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Worcester counties in Massachusetts. The organization offers counseling services in cases related to substance abuse, divorce, physical and sexual assault, and alcohol and drug addictions for individuals and their families. It additionally provides treatment solutions for patients with anxiety, depression, and physical and mental disabilities. The organization also offers employee assistance, family mentoring, infant development and parenting programs. It provides crisis intervention, conflict management, job placement, certification, service coordination, referral and consulting services. The Child & Family Service of Pioneer Valley has a staff of more than 125 employees and maintains over five offices throughout western and central Massachusetts.
