This is a very nice gym plus office work space. The office work space is bright and clean and there are two phone booths for privacy. The staff is very nice. There's a coffee shop next door.

Found Chatham works in the Mind Body ap. Took yoga with Ashley. It was a great 50 minute class. She was very friendly and attentive helping with proper positioning. Plan to attend again and...

This is a great local gym with friendly staff and good classes, plus individual workout facilities too. Highly recommend!
