Charles Delacuadra, DO

Alison Gerlach is a Nurse Practitioner with years of nursing experience in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Seton Hall University and her Master of Science as a Gerontology Nurse Practitioner at William Peterson University, both in New Jersey. She joined Prima CARE, dedicating her passion for health care to outpatient Primary Care, Home Care, and to patients in local skilled nursing facilities. Ms. Gerlach is a Certified Diabetes Outpatient Educator (CDOE) and is certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention. She is passionate about providing caring and comprehensive medical care to her patients, regardless of setting. She sees outpatients in the Millview Medical office on the main Prima CARE campus in Fall River. Ms. Gerlach is proficient in basic sign language.

Dr. Babak Deyhimpanah is an experienced and Board-certified Internal Medicine physician. He earned his Doctorate in Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Deyhimpanah practiced Internal Medicine and Hospital Medicine in North Providence for more than 10 years before joining Prima CARE. He is Board-certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Deyhimpanah emphasizes preventive care and the wellness of his patients and manages their acute and chronic medical conditions along with his Prima CARE colleagues. He sees outpatients in the Millview Medical office at 203 Plymouth Avenue on Prima CARE's main campus in Fall River and refers his patients to Saint Anne's Hospital for emergency and inpatient care. He is fluent in English and Farsi.

McKayla M. Ferreira Alencar is a Certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner at Prima CARE. She is experienced in healthcare, expanding her role from a Certified Nursing Assistant to a Registered Nurse/Case Manager and now as a Doctorate-level Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Ferreira Alencar earned her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and her Doctorate in Adult-Geriatric Primary Care as a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. Her experience in health care has included nursing in rehabilitation and assisted living settings, inpatient nursing at Saint Anne's Hospital, Case Management at Elmwood Health care, and outpatient Primary Care at Prima CARE with the Millview Medical practice and she provides care to patients in local skilled nursing facilities. Ms. Ferreira Alencar is devoted to the health and well-being of her community and is fluent in Portuguese. She sees Prima CARE outpatients at 207 Plymouth Avenue in Fall River and refers inpatient and emergency care to Saint Anne's.
