Arbour Counseling Services offers individual treatment plans and emergency assessment solutions. It operates more than 10 locations throughout eastern Massachusetts. The center provides individual, couple, family and group counseling services. Arbour Counseling Services offers outpatient addiction recovery and treatment solutions. It serves individuals with depression, anxiety, and personality, obsessive compulsive, bipolar and psychotic disorders. The center also provides dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapy services. Arbour Counseling Services offers psychopharmacology, geropsychiatry and suboxone maintenance solutions. It administers various after-school programs for adolescents. The center is a part of the Arbour Health System, which provides evaluation, crisis stabilization and treatment services for patients with mental illnesses and addictions.

Family Services of Central Massachusetts, established in 1889 and based in Worcester, Mass., helps families in the area by providing support, guidance and counseling to individuals and families facing challenges. It is a nonprofit community agency that offers rates based on a sliding fee scale. It offers a range of services, such as information and referrals on child care services and providers; individual, group and family counseling to address personal and family issues; and assistance for companies and their employees with personal and workplace issues. It also provides assistance for seniors and their families in making decisions and accessing the services they need and provides home care services for the elderly who need assistance.
