Cedar's Mediterranean Foods is a leading producer and distributor of hommus and a variety of other Mediterranean food products. The company s strict standards have earned it the American Culinary Institute s Gold Seal of Excellence for all of its hommus products. It was also judged America's Best Hommus by the American Tasting Institute from 2001-05.
