I have recently retried their matcha and it is much better. It is quite enjoyable even unsweetened. Haven't retried the hot chocolate so can't say yet if that has improved.

I stopped in for a cup of coffee to go and ended up also buying a cranberry scone as well. Both were good and reasonably priced. The location is small but comfortable inside and offers good views...

I was unsatisfied with the drink I got. I ordered a large iced matcha latte and could barely taste the matcha, it was so light, almost all milk, no matcha. For $7 I am very disappointed.

Comfortable place and good service, but no drip de-caf available. What kind of coffee place is this that doesn't have de-caf available?
