Established in 1944, Wesley Homes is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of health care services for senior citizens. Its facilities feature a variety of home options, including townhomes, cottages, residential apartments and assisted living houses. The organization provides Medicare-certified home health services and therapies to people living in the Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap, and Thurston counties of Washington. It also offers restorative therapies, skilled nursing and adult day care services. Wesley Homes offers infection and catheter care and home safety evaluation services, as well as enterostomal, physical, speech and occupational therapies. It also provides pain management, therapeutic exercise classes and counseling services and training for gait, mobility and balance. In addition to assistance with daily living activities, the organization provides transportation and medical social services. Wesley Homes maintains one of its facilities in Auburn, Wash.
