Capri Pizza has been a staple in Holyoke, Massachusetts, since its inception in 1966, following its founder Giochino Liquori's journey from Bracigliano, Italy. After several location changes, the pizzeria found its permanent home at 18 Cabot Street in 1973, where it has been delivering quality food and service for decades.

In 1982, Fiore Santaniello, the founder's nephew, took over the business and has continued the establishment's legacy alongside his two sons. Under their leadership, Capri Pizza underwent major renovations in 2000 and has since expanded its offerings to include Capri Restaurant, emphasizing both casual and fine dining experiences in the community.
