Look elsewhere! Not sure they did more than vacuum the rug, it came back the same as it went in...and it was $$$$ Plus the customer service was terrible as another customer has found. So nothing...

My huge wool rug looks and smells so awesome after its cleaning! There are no more "problem areas". The nap has been restored beyond my wildest expectations, and the colors are so much brighter....
