Even since they changed the dispatch to what sounds like a 3rd party company, they have not been reliable. Always late....even if I book them 30 mins to 2 hours in advance.

Checker Cab is easily the least customer friendly cab company both in terms of the dispatch and the actual cab service. Everybody just seems like they're in a rush and they don't care too much...
