Cafe Escadrille offers three dining experiences in one restaurant, with gourmet, continental and lighter fares. In the Gourmet Room patrons are served presentations of continental cuisine, including an award-winning Caesar salad, chateaubriand, rack of lamb, Veal Oscar and New England lobster. Serving lunch and dinner, the Cafe Escadrille s Greenhouse Cafe offers a range of dishes, including baked Brie, prime rib and sirloin. The cafe also serves a variety of pasta specialties, fresh seafood and desserts. Late Night Dining at Cafe Escadrille is open as a conclusion to a business meeting or night on the town. It offers lighter meals and nightcaps. Located in Burlington, Mass., Cafe Escadrille has a separate function facility for business functions, social events and weddings of all sizes.
