The personel are fine, The paint is fine, but where they fall down concerns either low supply levels, nonexistent suppies, and/or old supplies in some cases that do not adhere once taken home....

I went a little while ago and the girl working there was so helpful in picking out a color for my room. The customer service is much better than other paint stores.
