AWFUL PLACE. I've used them before, but the last straw was when I took my favorite Brooks Brothers coat here after getting hosed down by a bus. It came back dirty and they burned the buttons....

Absolutely horrible service! Don't bring them your nice designer clothes. They completely ruined a Valentino button down shirt by washing it instead of dry cleaning. They also pressed deep creases...
