The service was exceptional, and I highly recommend this bagel establishment as one of the best I have encountered. I intend to include it in my breakfast routine when I am in the vicinity.

Bagels are coated in ash. Are customers expected to eat the ash as a package deal? And last time I ordered, the bottoms of the bagels were burnt.
