Bridgewater Fire Department

The Bridgewater Fire Department works to protect the lives and safety of residents from fire and critical health threats. It is responsible for offering fire prevention; code enforcement, criminal investigation and public fire safety educational services. The department conducts more than 580 inspections and investigations. The Bridgewater Fire Department responds to several medical- and fire-related incidents. It administers several student awareness fire educational programs. The department responds to over 4,600 calls annually. The Bridgewater Fire Department is governed by the Town of Bridgewater in Massachusetts, which additionally manages information technology, planning, sewer, health, water, police, recreation and inspectional services departments.
