Very poorly maintained and managed "resort". Mold issues in my unit with poorly working AC in the windows that were very noisy. I could not stay in the unit due to severe mold allergies. No WiFi...

Accommodations need upgrading. When we needed more TP and paper towels we were told we had to go buy it ourselves. No mirrors in the bedrooms, couldn't use laundry facilities unless done before...

Great time here again this season after missing 2020. See you again here in Falmouth in 2022. Staff and service is great as always.

Disgusting. The units are not clean. Dead bugs and mildew everywhere. The bed linens are stained. There is no WiFi. Landline doesn't work. TV is barely functional. The towels are like steel wool....
