As a worker there and someone who had their grandma be in rest-pit there. BWD is not the place if you care about your loved one. The administrator is not friendly. The facility is always short...

This is the worst place too work at ever !!! Not because of the residents but because of the staffs !!! . They are really unprofessional & will fire you over stupid reasons without a termination...
