Restored and opened by the Lowell National Historical Park, Boott Cotton Mills Museum exhibits mill equipment and 19th century-based industrial tools. The museum is housed in a three-story building that houses the Lowell Historical Society and the Tsongas Industrial History Center. It features a weave room that includes industrial grade looms. Boott Cotton Mills Museum conducts video and tour guides for visitors. The museum has a gift shop that features books and videos that offers information about mills and the history of Lowell. Its top floor includes waterfront condominiums and lofts. Boott Cotton Mills Museum s surrounding areas features various restaurants and hotels.
