The Body Fit Warehouse was founded by Kelly and Gary Francoeur in 2014! Setting the tone for unparalleled growth the next 3 years before ownership changed hands to Anna Dichner and Steve Tryon in 2018! Coming together to share with their local community and neighboring towns, exceptional fitness training, the services of some of the areas Holistic Lifestyle Practitioners and a facility which is safe, positive and an energetic environment that offers /4:7 Access to our members. Our goal, in addition to being an asset to our community and members' fitness needs, is to support and help individuals achieve their goals of living better in all areas of life!

Body Fit Warehouse is Southwick's 24-hour Holistic Fitness facility, offering exceptional Personal Training, exclusive Group Fitness Classes and top of the line exercise equipment! Members receive a Keycard to access our facility during non-staffed hours. We are staffed 6 days a week. NO CONTRACT! NO cancellation FEE! NO RANDOM FEES!
