We are very pleased to offer weekly Community Kundalini Yoga classes as well as Conscious Pregnancy or Prenatal Yoga classes in our beautiful home studio. In addition, we provide Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine with reduced rates for our active yoga students. As of now, all classes are taught by Collyn R Brown, KRI certified Kundalini Yoga and Prenatal Yoga Teacher. Collyn is also a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist and she holds a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as an Associates degree in Physical Therapy.
