Great job with the new locker system that is now charging the residents. The fees are setup by the complex and not by parcel pending. I called parcel company and have an email explaining the fee...

Place is a nightmare. this is what happens when you pay for a spot in the garage because their maintenance dose shorty work and multiple apartments are constantly flooding

paid indoor parking is a nightmare. some residents park horribly where you have to squeeze to get into your car, for paid parking that should never be accepted, yet the office does not enforce...
