Too busy to deal with customers. Wasted 3 hours to find the batteries I eventually ordered because I was put on forever hold twice weren't even available. No one sent anything, called, emailed....

I have been to Batteries Plus 4-5 X's in the last 2 years. Each time the associate has been incredibly welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Also each person has gone the extra mile.

They brag about their warranty and don't tell you when you're buying it but that in order for them to honor the warranty, they have to take the battery and keep it overnight before they'll replace...
