All our businesses (and 1000s of employees) do not do business with Bank of America or any bank/business that does not pick up their phone from that location with a live person within one ring....

Awful customer service. Slow, Rude and all attitude. "Call Teller" button at drive thru didn't work. Tried to call and speak with a manager but no one picked the phone up. Go to Rockland Trust...
