Avery, the store has a rich history dating back to its origins as W.B. & A.L. Avery, evolving into A.L. Avery, and eventually A.L. Avery & Son when Amos' son Oscar joined the business in 1890.
Throughout its 157 years of operation, Avery's has maintained its status as one of the oldest family-run businesses in the country.
