My mom went into this at&t store to pay her bill but was preyed on by a salesman who sold her internet and direct TV! He failed to give her the password or account number so i spent all day trying...

Horrible service. The employee told me to come back in half an hour because he was busy. I came back after half an hour, and the store was closed.
