If there was less then one I would use that. I was disconnected 4 times to say I'm upset is an understatement. Nobody spoke English they all sounded Indian rudest customer service people ever....

I was on vacation and had an issue with my cpap machine. I live on the west coast. I explained my situation, and they were more than happy to help me. Such great customer service!!

Recently I had billing issues with Apria Healthcare and found out that Apria outsources their billing to India. There was such a language barrier that the person in India had NO IDEA what a CPAP...

If I could give a 0 star I would! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I have spent the better half of a month trying to get a new style facemask. I have gone through at-least 10 or 12 customer representatives...
