Kathy was wonderful. Her bedside manner was impeccable. I typically pass out from blood draw but she made me feel comfortable and there was no problem.

Eric was late, knocked one time and left without texting or calling that he had arrived. I actually almost caught him walking away and called but he canceled our appointment anyway. Do not recommend.
