Practice as a whole: this place is very responsive to calls and emails. I have had some issues receiving their automated texts for appointment reminders, but appreciate getting them when it works....

Chose the wrong CONSULTATION appointment on online booking, system wouldn't let me change the date, and so called the the office & it was closed, so immediately emailed (with 24+h notice), still...
