Totally awesome. It's underground dining with incredible food - all of which is local, organic, sustainable (OK, the parma ham came from Parma...). and wine pairings that I wouldn't have thought...

Anemochory (uh-knee-muh-core-ee) is an artistic event that is based on the principles of the underground restaurant. We use locally sourced, organic ingredients to create a multi-course prix fixe meal. The venue and entertainment change each time in order to create a completely unique evening. Our objective is to employ gustatory delight as a medium to incite dialogue about the cultural, social, ethical, and political implications of food.
