HistoryI started training individuals way before I had my credentials I personally hv over 20+ yes in the industry I am a certified personal trainer with a degree in Bio Mechanic minor in kinesiology...I started out just training my personal friends by the time I noticed I like this and want to make it a career it was too late it had already chosen me ...so I went into big box gyms acquired the knowledge I needed from them and sought a definitive way of opening my own place after I saw the cookie cutter mentality they imposed on their clients I left me with a bad feeling for the industry that I was seeking to be apart of but at the same time .I knew I had better to offer..without chatting your ear off here I am on yelp the rest is as they say history I am here to serve the people not the industry so if your looking for a personal trainer who will give u a 100% that's me but I expect the same in return your more then welcome to give us a try our consults are free .cmon!!!SpecialtiesOne on one personal training with to injury and or current state of being whether that be an expecting mom one who has diabetes, pull ,strains or rehabbing an sports injury....we also cater to extreme or morbid obesity individual...we are also take extreme pride in providing an atmosphere that is non judgmental for any race,creed,religion, or sexual orientation any and every body is welcome chck us out
