Worst customer service. Called to see if they accepted donations since I have leftover unused diabetes supplies. Receptionist said yes and would send over a prepaid box so I can ship back to them....

Several members of my family have tried to mail donations in memory of a deceased individual to the address on the website. All were returned as undeliverable by the PO. I have called several...
