Dr. Rachel Hammond is a clinical audiologist who sees patients at 243 Charles st. She received her clinical doctorate at Rush University after completing a year-long clinical externship at Mass Eye and Ear. She is a nationally certified and state-licensed audiologist with professional associations including the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Dr. Ivy Hsiao received her clinical doctorate from Rush University in Chicago and completed her externship at st. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Brighton. She is a nationally certified and state-licensed audiologist with professional associations including the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Dr. Caroline McGovern is a nationally certified and state-licensed audiologist at 243 Charles st and at the Newton and Wellesley suburban centers. She received her doctoral degree from the University at Buffalo and completed her clinical externship at ENT and Allergy Associates in Tarrytown, NY. Dr. McGovern provides care for patients of all ages. Her interests include diagnostic evaluations, hearing aids and assistive listening devices to help improve the quality of life of each of her patients.
