History

I operate a little differently than the typical pet-salon. I schedule by appointment to reduce pet anxiety. It is my goal that your pet's grooming experience be pleasant, calm & completed without having to be crated (unless for safety reasons). For your pet's safety, I DO NOT USE cage dryers; I use an air-force dryer which involves individualized attention while drying. When your pet is on my grooming table, your pet has my undivided attention and I don't stop to answer the phone. Leave a message and let me return your call when it is safe to do so. Your pet's safety and comfort is my 1st priority. I do not perform any grooming procedure that causes pain or a level of stress that is excessive. A pet's temperament may limit how much grooming I can do. I do not do sedation grooms so all pets (especially cats) must be willing to be groomed! Please do not schedule an appointment for a friend, neighbor or roommate - have them call me directly.

Unfortunately, the few who aren't are quick to write a one-sided less than truthful review based solely on their perception.
