History
AIDS Walk Boston is a grassroots community event benefiting AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts, New England's largest and oldest AIDS service organization. The Walk's dedicated participants and sponsors raise over $1.2 million to support AAC's programs, services and prevention efforts as well as increasing awareness of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Massachusetts and beyond. AIDS Walk Boston is the largest AIDS-related event in New England. The Walk attracts over 15,000 participants each year from Boston and hundreds of surrounding communities.
