Yes the impossibility to directly call the front desk is annoying af but the service and professionalism once you get there is great.

I should have looked at the reviews before going to this place. Visited a nurse practitioner for 10 min and got a bill for $400. This is a scam and money-making business. Avoid at all costs!

I did not have a good experience with the Nurse Practitioner. The exam took less than 1min. It seems like she did not want to be there.
