Understaffed. It takes forever to contact them. I've tried for 3 weeks to make an appointment. The office visit will take less time than sitting on hold trying to make the appointment.

Went in for flu vaccine tonight and, WOW! Well oiled machine. Quick, safe, copy for school record on way out the door. Staff friendly and kept system in place. Good job Littleton office!
