Ace Temperature Control

I had no heat today and was referred to Ace Temperature. A technician came out this morning and fixed the issue. I have heat; definitely would call these guys for heating and A/C issues in the future.

We were quoted under $200 for an HVAC inspection. Tried to pay on the spot but weren't allowed to. Bill was mailed to us for $280. Called and they explained that costs went up and now travel time...

They never called me back after a couple of attempts to secure their A/C service. I understand that they were busy but to never return calls?! I will contact other companies before considering...

I waited 2 weeks for a simple maintenance visit to recharge my a/c system. The day of the my scheduled service I had initiate the call to them to find out my service appointment has been canceled...

Don't use this company. Disrespectful workers. Waste of my time, they were planning to blow off my appointment until I initiated the call to find out it was cancelled and wasn't offered another...
