Wor-Wic Community College

Located in Melfa, Va., Eastern Shore Community College is a member of the Virginia Community College System and serves the residents of Accomack and Northampton counties. Its campus includes a student lounge, library, bookstore, lecture hall and classrooms, laboratories, administrative offices and occupational trade areas. The college offers degrees and certificates in a wide variety of programs that include English, history, mathematics, laboratory science and social science. It offers various study programs, which include transfer programs, developmental studies, distance education and occupational and technical programs. It also offers various student programs, such as counseling and career services that include career selection, job search, internships, and application and resume reviews. Eastern Shore Community College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
