History

Due to her international background, Victoria Washington, LPC has been counseling people from all over Europe and the United States. She was born and raised in Ukraine and has graduated with 2 Master's Degrees: in Psychology from the University of Goettingen in Germany and International Relations from the University of Khmelnitskij in Ukraine. Victoria speaks fluently 5 languages and has a great cultural awareness, which helps her to bring more understanding for various needs of people. This makes her unique in the field of mental health counseling. She has been passionate about helping individuals change their lives and getting them to the place they want to be. Her specialties have been relationship issues, marital problems, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, spiritual concerns and many more.

Victoria Washington is a Licensed Professional Counselor and works with couples and individuals in their most important times. Her areas of expertise are relationship issues, as well as individual challenges which include stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, spiritual concerns, mind-body disorders, chronic pain, etc. Victoria works in the latest modalities of therapeutic change based on attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology. She uses highly effective Encounter-centered Couples Therapy (EcCT) by Hedi Schleifer based on Imago approach. Services in English, German, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian.
