I brought the correct headlight bulbs to this location. They ripped off the identifying information from the bulbs and then told me they were the incorrect bulbs. then they sold me headlight bulbs...

Went in for an oil change. They left an oil filter box in my engine and didn't close the air filter casing. The clips were unclipped.
