I don't say this lightly, but the employees at the USPS location are easily the rudest people I have ever encountered. The employees at USPS have made me afraid to even speak to customer service...

The rudest staff!! No idea what customer service is and will cut me off CONSTANTLY during the conversation just to say they wouldn't help me; even though customer service assured me that they would!
