Just okay. Rib tips were chewy. They were smoky but needed a tad more seasoning. Smoked Chicken was flavored well but dried out. The only side worth it were their greens. Good Pot Licka' but...

We are from out of town and had a disappointing lunch at Uncle D's. The meat is favorable but man was it dry. The rib tips are sideways cuts off the rib ends but the meat was too dry to separate...
